Some new TE33AC locomotives test run on the mainline. As far as I know, 5 units of TE33AC locomotives (Numbers: 9999, 1001, 1003, and 1004) came to Mongolia. Locomotives belong to the railway rolling-stock owner company Bodi Group Mongolia. This class of locomotives will work on the new railways and private railway lines in Gobi.

In the gallery list, most of our region names are not correct. That's the reason why I skipping to mention regions. So, btw... first I thought that the locomotive is 3TE10MK, but it was 2TE10MK and with a booster unit. On the number plate, it was 2TE10M-2682... might have not changed after repair work in Ussuriysk! Then I found this information by loc number and 8 digits registration number.

Yes, But only in border traffic between Sukhbaatar and Naushki. On this day we saw on the mainline.

Btw, I tried to publishing before many glint and silhouette shots... then refused. Maybe I have to publish only loc portraits here ;)

Ok so, thanks for interesting comments. It's just glint shot, One of the common styles of the railway photography ;) Specially glint shots more perfect fitting for steam engines, if you know! Locomotive face!?!?... it's seriously important? It's just 2TE116UD, if you want to see the loc face, find another ;) Cheers
