| Эксплуатация: С завода поступил в депо Сызрань-I Куйбышевской ж. д. 12.1997 — 09.1999 — консервация 05.2009 — передан в депо Бугульма. 10.2010-11.2011 — временная эксплуатация в депо Борзя. 11.2011 — передан в депо Бугульма. 04.2013-10.2013 — временная эксплуатация в депо Брянск-II на время путевых работ (без передачи баланса). 10.2013 — передан в депо Ульяновск. 10.2014 — передан в депо Новая Чара. Работает составе тройника 3ТЭ10МКО-2969/2147А. 08.2023 — передан в депо Таксимо Более ранний номер локомотива — 2ТЭ10М-0623, ещё более ранний — 0410А + секция Б, с затерым клеймом (в диапазоне 75х — 23хх). 02.2012 — номер 0623 перебит на 2969 после пожара на перегоне Кармала — Погрузная, когда были повреждены обе секции настоящего тепловоза с номером 2969.
