100% не здесь. Спрингфилд, в котором живет Гомер не является столицей штата. В Симпсонах отдельно упоминается иной город как "Столица штата". А вот реальный Спрингфилд Иллинойс (где сделано это фото) как раз является столицей Иллинойса.
