| Отличительной особенностью экземпляра является воздухозабоники на крыши секций, позднее примененных на ВЛ10 постройки ТЭВЗ, с 17хх номеров выпуска. С завода поступил в депо Кинель (12.1972 г.) 1978 — передан в депо Москва-Сорт.-Рязанская. 1995 — передан в депо Орехово. 05.2003 — временная эксплуатация в депо Рыбное. 12.2003 — возвращен вдепо Орехово. 2006 — передан в депо Бекасово. 03.2007 — передан в депо Орехово. 09.2007 — передан в депо Рыбное. 03.2010 — передан в депо Орехово.
