КР 05.2001 г. Разбит в крушении на ст. Молосковицы в 2005 г. Ввиду вины локомотивной бригады ТЧ-9, тепловоз официально передан в парк ТЧ-9, взамен в ООО Трансойл из ТЧ-9 передан 2ТЭ116К-571. Разрезанный тепловоз продолжал числиться в парке ТЧ-14 в ожидании списания до февраля 2012 г.
