Простите мне мою серость, но в отношении США я совершенно не понимаю: такого рода ПС куда относить? Вроде, и на сайте электротранспорта есть похожий ПС, и тут имеется. Я особой разницы между ними не вижу.

Я думаю, что эта штуковина больше всего подходит под определение "служебная электромотриса". На музейном сайте она находится в разделе "Electric Work Equipment" и названа "Line car". На сайте rrpicturearchives.net её называют "Trolley", в переводе "Дрезина". Вообщем, точно не трамвай.
