Под розеткой винтовой стяжки/автосцепки (внизу справа) хорошо видна резьбовая заглушка трубопровода для заправки топливного бака дизельным топливом из цистерны, прицепляемой к тепловозу в случае необходимости. На экспортных тепловозах М62 таких трубопроводов с заглушками не было.
