Колею перешивать так и забросили? Вроде прожекты были аж весь Сахалин перешить под тоннель/мост с материка.

НЯЗ, проект расчитан не на один год. Видел укладки шпал под три рельса на колеи 1067 и 1520. Идёт ремонт или замена инженерных сооружений, особенно мостов. Меняются системы СЦБ. Процесс идёт традиционно медленно, но идёт.
