Twice a day, Demirýollary operates a train from Ashgabat to Daşoguz. On 31 March 2026, afternoon train 13 was hauled by the Chinese-built DF8B-0024. The journey covers 550 kilometres and takes 12 hours and 6 minutes. Shortly after departure, the train passes the large flour mill of Turkmenistan’s capital.
