Это не Франция, это Греция. На боковине тепловоза эмблема Греческих ж.д. - Ο.Σ.Ε. Или Афины, или Салоники. Но такой мост по моему только в Афинах был.

Вот кстати, фото в тему: http://www.loco-photos.net/picture?/32883/ - в голове поезда вагоны Афины - Москва.
