V100 из ГДР и V100 из ФРГ - разные машины. Как и V200, например.
В 1968-1970 серии сменились на "цифровые", а после объединения Германии локомотивам из ГДР присвоили другие серии.
Например 130/132 (ТЭ109) - стали 230/232. V200 (М62) ГДР в 1970 стали серией 120. А в 1992 уже в общей сети стали 220. Ибо в DB уже была серия 120 и это электровоз :)

После объединения Германии восточные серии привели к западному стандарту обозначений, где первая цифра серии обозначает тип ПС. 1 — электровоз, 2 — магистральный или универсальный тепловоз и т.д.
