Хм,причём здесь НЭВЗ,если КРП проводил ЕЭРЗ? А сам электровоз построен на Тбилисском электровозостроительном заводе. НЭВЗ официально ни одного ВЛ11 из всей серии не построил,а вот ВЛ10/У он действительно строил наровне с ТЭВЗ.
