Tarnowskie Góry - Rail Polska 207E-003 hauls an empty matching box rake and an SM42 southbound on the outskirts of Tarnowskie Góry. The 207E is an interesting loco due to the fact it's a rebuilt from an M62, a diesel loco, into an electric locomotive. As unusual as this is, I imagine there is very little left of the original M62.

Какой смысл в этой переделке? Так сильно не хватает электровозов? Что с ТЭД?

I guess it's cheaper doing this rather than buying a fully brand new loco.

Оригинальная конструкция, заря автомобилизма. Видите, Балаганов, что можно сделать из простой швейной машины Зингера? Небольшое приспособление — и получилась прелестная колхозная сноповязалка.

Уже третий электровоз из М62, если можно так сказать:
1. в Северной Корее
2. в Азербайджане из 2М62 с оборудованием от ВЛ8
