С завода поступил в ТЧ-24 Петрозаводск После передан в ТЧ-25 Медвежья Гора, оттуда в ТЧ-30 Суоярви. Был оборудован тормозами ЭПТ и строго ходил в Пассажирском графике по направлению: Петрозаводск — Медвежья Гора, Петрозаводск-Волховстрой до 1997 года.
