если бы автор фото прикрыл крышки доступа к песочным форсункам, то фото выглядело значительно лучше. тепловоз красавец на этой фотографии.

Скорее всего тройная перебивка, 220-й > 3238-й, 533-й > 220-й, 3238-й > 533-й.
Есть ещё примеры тройной перебивки ЧМЭ3, ТЭП70, 2ТЭ10М.
