С завода поступила в ПЧ-6 Сызрань.
В 2012 г. единица присоединена к парку СПМС-330 Октябрьск с закреплением за ПЧ-6 Сызрань и расстановкой на ст. Сызрань-I (Новосызранский парк), Молвино.
С 2014 г. находится в нерабочем состоянии и используется для перевозки путевых бригад.
12.2016 — изменён восьмикод(старый 19378282) и переименован в СДПМ-2828
