31.05.1954 г. поступил в ТЧ Ульяновск. Позже передан в ТЧ Бугульма и далее в депо Сызрань. До 2011 г. находился в нерабочем состоянии на ст. Переволоки В ноябре 2011 г. отправлен с базы запаса Переволоки, для установки в качестве памятника в депо Октябрьск Установлен в качестве памятника на станции Октябрьск в 2016 г.
