Если мне не изменяет память, с завода этот тепловоз поступил в Саратовское ППЖТ, и имел красную окраску.

ООО «Промжелдортранс». Насколько я знаю, у них два тепловоза: ТГМ6А-631 и ТГМ6В-0225.
