Построен в десятивагонной составности. С завода поступил на Московскую ж. д. в депо Москва-II. 04.1991 — передан в депо Тула. В начале 2005 г. передан в депо Новомосковск. В июне 2005 года отправлен на Московский ЛРЗ, где был использован ЗАО "Спецремонт" при постройке электропоездов ЭМ.
