In my personal opinion they are arriving in a lot of countries and it takes away the unique some Railways have. Whereas in a country such as Poland who build Gama's and Dragons etc, it's something country specific and truly Polish.
However the railways are not just for the trainspotter and have to be run so they work well at a good cost, so for this the vectron is perfect, especially for internation transport. It's amazing that one loco can leave Rotterdam in NL and stay on the train till Romania! :)

It's a great country for trainspotting, lots of loco's and liveries!
It's funny you should say that actually as Uzbekistan is one of the countries I'd like to visit most haha! :)

GBRF 66785 leads a rake of empty coal wagons to Immingham port for loading with coal for one of the few UK coal-fired power stations left in action. 20 years ago coal trains passed here every hour, now that number is a couple a day at best.

Yes, potash is not going to Lithuania now, mainly in the spring they gave collective farms

Dodging the winter shadows 2TE10MK-3138 leads a long mixed freight out of Vaidotai yard and onto the line towards Lida in Belarus. I presume now this area is very quiet especially without the Belaruskali trains. Where does the potash end up now that it doesn't go to Klaipeda?
