PKP Cargo's ET41-067 leads a long coal train round the curve at Skowarcz on the Pruszcz Gdański - Tczew 3 track section.
Coal imported from Gdansk or Gdynia ports heading south.

I think so yes, it is sometime since I have visited this station, even though it's the nearest to where I grew up)

Northern Rail Class 144 006 works from Doncaster - Beverley with a stopping service. The unit would then work a two stop service back from Beverley to Hull.
These units are now in storage during the Covid - 19 crisis due to less services running.
Rather unusually the unit has 2 axles per coach rather than a "bogie" giving them a reputation for being a rough ride.
P.S. For some reason my girlfriend really likes this train))

Northern Rail 158 843 in unbranded livery stands at Cottingham Station, working an evening service from Hull - Bridlington on the Wolds Coast Line.
Note a typical footbridge over from platforms 1-2 and buildings which were once waiting rooms and ticket office. Now this station is unmanned, with only outside seating and ticket machine.

In West Yorkshire the stone used for buildings and structures is quite distinct to the area. Also it is very smoked due to years and years of Diesel trains pasing underneath, whilst climbing the gradient.

Freightliner UK 66601 "The Hope Valley" and 66508 haul one single container flat wagon working 6E54 Crewe Basford Hall SSM - Hunslet Yard Freightliner Heavy Haul.
There are very few freight workings over this line during the day so it was a welcome sight. The wagon is going for tyre turning at Freighliner's wagon facility near Leeds.
Quite an easy load for a pair of "sheds".

Personally a TEP70 with a Swallow is more interesting to see than the train in the above photo)))

Отчего же не слышали - есть же нечто подобное чуть тихоходнее в виде ДТ1, но РЖД вместо того чтобы довести его до ума предпочитает таскать ласточку тепловозом.
